Our Physical Education curriculum follows the National Standards. We offer a wide variety of units throughout the school year. Our goal is to expose the students to multiple ways to be physically active. Some of our units are basic locomotor movement in open/closed and self space, ball skills (overhand throw, underhand throw, dribbling with hands and feet), yoga, gymnastics, dance, cardiovascular (tag games, relays, fitness) and using manipulatives to improve hand eye coordination and balance.
